Who is the course for?

This workshop is an excellent introduction to making hard cheese and is aimed at anyone who is considering starting-up cheese manufacturing, anyone involved in the production, quality assurance, purchase or sale of cheese.

Certification

A Food Technology Centre certificate of attendance is awarded to each student participating.
