Course Description

The aim of the course is to:
- Show how we can preserve meat products using different techniques and processes
- To further enhance flavour
- To be able to achieve better returns on your carcass, with full carcass utilisation
We recommend clients accessing our practical butchery courses first, prior to this course for beginners.
