Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol's INCENTIVE SCHOLARSHIP
Increasing the opportunities for students to study through the medium of Welsh is the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaetho’s priority, and one of the ways to achieve this is through the Scholarships.
One of these is the Incentive Scholarships, where first year students, who study at least 33% or 40 credits of their Higher Education course through the medium of Welsh, are awarded £1,500 over a three year period (£ 500 per year).
This year, the application period is between 1 March and 30 June, then a limited number between September and October 2022.
One of Grŵp Llandrillo Menai's priorities is to increase the number of Higher Education courses available through the medium of Welsh.
Four of the Group's Higher Education courses are eligible for the Scholarship, which are:
- Foundation Degree in Business Management (FdA) Coleg Meirion - Dwyfor, Dolgellau.
- Health and Social Care (FdA) Foundation Degree
Coleg Meirion - Dwyfor, Dolgellau.
- FDSC Sports Science (Sports Coaching) - Coleg Llandrillo
- Sports Science (Sports Coaching) Coleg Meirion - Dwyfor, Dolgellau
